The recently renovated apartments provide a comfortable and bright atmosphere, featuring simple yet well-designed furnishings, high-quality materials, and a functional layout. The location is perfect for those looking to explore the city center and the main attractions in the area, including scenic trails, Taufers Castle, ski slopes, and mountain lodges. Apartment Pino Mugo, located on the first floor, boasts a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, kettle, and microwave, as well as a cozy sofa bed. The two double bedrooms offer inviting spaces, while the windowed bathroom is equipped with a shower. A highlight of this accommodation is the furnished terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of Taufers Castle. Apartment Camomilla, situated on the second floor, is known for its brightness and the large window in the living room that provides a captivating view of the castle. The double sofa bed adds to the versatility of the space, and the well-equipped kitchenette ensures convenience. The double bedroom is cozy, and the bathroom with a window includes a shower. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. Both apartments are equipped with a parking permit to park in some streets adjacent to the house (unassigned spaces). The parking permits must be returned at the end of the stay. As a gift, the Alto Adige Guest Pass is offered to use the public transport for free! Our apartments are PET FRIENDLY: we love animals very much and we are happy to host people who share our same passion. For space reasons, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment: they must be well-behaved, on a leash and with a muzzle, and cannot be left alone in the house. The owner of the pets is solely responsible for any damages caused to property and people during the stay. IMPORTANT: we do our best to make sure you find the house perfectly clean and tidy, but you may come across a stray dog/cat hair despite our high cleaning standards. We apologize in advance, even though we apply very high cleaning standards, this can happen: -) According to Italian law, guests (including children) are required to show a valid document that will be registered on the State Police's Alloggiati Web portal. The document will not be archived or stored, but used only for the purposes required by law for this mandatory registration.
